Vino Y Pimienta

#1 restaurant in all of Colombia. I’ve been to all the best restaurants in the country, and you cannot find a similar experience to the one you get with Chef Jorge Londono at Vino y Pimienta. Whatever food you want, and however you’d like it made, he will deliver exceptionally on your expectations. All the appetizers on the menu are outstanding, and I always go with a steak main course, and Ratatouille side dish. We will be coming back every time we’re in Manizales!

Great food. We were eight so we sampled the menu. The stakes were cooked to perfection, the langostinos were melting in your mouth, the fish was very tasty. The sides are very nice and off the beaten path. The chef comes out to every table to describe the menu items and make recommendations or changes due to dietary restrictions. He is very creative and ads depth and texture to everything he cooks. A real gourmet experience we are looking forward to repeat.

When I am in Manizales, I definitely don’t miss stopping in for a steak at this place. The chef has top-notch quality skills.

Very very delicious restaurant!!! We tried the Osobuco which was very tasty and tender, and the black ink squid risotto with shrimp. The desserts were great: a frozen turrón with nuts, arequipe and ice cream, and a suspiro with ice cream. The service was excellent as well!
